On December 26 to 30 France 3 began shooting Adieu vinyle (90', Mon Voisin Productions/Mediawan), directed by Josée Dayan with Isabelle Adjani, Mathieu Amalric and the singer Barbara Pravi in the main roles, the channel stated on Monday, December 26. Adapted from the novel A cœur perdu by Pierre Boileau and Thomas Narcejac, this project, whose filming will resume from January 9 to 25 in Paris and Granville, was written by Sylvain Saada, with Dominique Besnehard and Antoine Le Carpentier as producers. The novel published in 1960 had already been brought to the screen the same year by Etienne Périer under the title Meurtre en 45 tours.

The story takes place in the late 1950s in France. Eve Faugère (Isabelle Adjani) is a glamorous diva at the peak of her career. Her husband, Maurice Faugère (Mathieu Amalric), is a celebrated author who propelled her to success in the music industry. Her pianist and lover Jean Leprat (Matthieu Dessertine) burns with passion for her. Jealousy will consume them to the point of tragedy in a Machiavellian plot that will carry all three of them away. Florence (Barbara Pravi), an ambitious young singer ready to do anything to overthrow her admired mentor, is also caught in this trap engraved on the vinyl.

The cast also includes: Jacques Bonnaffé, Jérôme Deschamps, Grégory Fitoussi, Julie Dumas and François Bureloup.
