The short comedy program Handicops (8 x 4'), the first "copshow" featuring a national police brigade made up entirely of officers with disabilities, will be online on france.tv from November 12. Created, written and directed by Alexandre Philip (Vestiaires on France 2), the series was produced by Portrait Robot (Ervin Le Goaziou, Romain Prouveur) and aims to "show disability in fiction other than in disabled sports or medical drama," the public group reads. She was part of the official selection of the La Rochelle Fiction Festival.
In this series, the development of this brigade made up solely of people with disabilities is a strong proposal of the total inclusion program of the first woman President of the Republic (Aude Gogny-Goubert). Recently promoted, Commissioner Jericho (Jean-Yves Tual) will have to deal with his agents Mikaël (Alexandre Philip), Henri (Philippe Sivy), Leïla (Héloïse Gaubert), Ludivine (Nadine Moret) and Sharif (Théo Hellermann), who will have to "do with what they have less to show what they have more." They are closely watched by Lieutenant Pauline Bertani of the IGPN (Nicole Ferroni), in charge of evaluating the experiment.
