NRJ Music Awards 2022: Camille Combal replaces Nikos Aliagas, injured, at the presentation

Camille Combal will replace Nikos Aliagas at the presentation of the 2022 NRJ Music Awards ceremony which will be broadcast on Friday 18 November on TF1, Fabrice Bailly, program director for the channel, announced on Wednesday 16 November. "Following a bad fall, the doctors advised Nikos Aliagas not to travel to Cannes," he explained.

" I injured myself on the Star Academy bonus on Saturday," tweeted the host to explain his absence during the Cannes ceremony, however giving an appointment to his viewers on "Saturday live for the semi-final of the Starac." Nikos Aliagas, 53, has been in charge of the NRJ Music Awards since 2009. Camille Combal, 41, hosts numerous entertainments on TF1 including Mask Singer and Danse avec les stars.

Organized by TF1 and NRJ at the Palais des festivals in Cannes, the 24th edition of the NRJ Music Awards will bring together many French-speaking and international artists on 18 November, including Orelsan, Angèle, Stromae, Aya Nakamura, David Guetta, Clara Luciani, Ava Max, Lizzo, Gayle or even Rosalía.
