The ADRC has concocted a retrospective of 10 feature films (seven fiction and three documentaries) to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Independent Cinema Association for its distribution (Acid), the two organizations announced on Thursday 17 November. This program, which honors "thirty years of support for independent cinema" and "discoveries", will also be the subject of sessions accompanied by filmmakers from Acid to "shed light on the films while raising public awareness of independent cinema".
The retrospective includes To life, to death! by Robert Guédiguian (Diaphana), Les Apprentis by Pierre Salvadori (Les Films du Losange), Will there be snow at Christmas? by Sandrine Veysset (Carlotta Films), Haut les cœurs ! by Solveig Anspach (Diaphana), Fine work by Claire Denis (Splendor), La Traversée by Sébastien Lifshitz (Ad Vitam), Le Temps des graces by Dominique Marchais (Capricci), Entre nos mains by Mariana Otero (Diaphana), La Bataille de Solferino by Justine Triet (Shellac) and finally The Girl Without Hands by Sébastien Laudenbach (Shellac).
