
The composition of the jury for the 6th edition of the Alice-Guy prize, which rewards the best French or French-speaking feature film directed by a woman and released in theaters during the past year, was announced on Friday February 17. It will bring together Danielle Arbid, director and winner of the Alice-Guy – FID 2022 prize, actor director and producer Lucien Jean-Baptiste, screenwriter and director Victoria Bedos, composer Grégoire Hetzel, actress Judith Henry and journalist Pierre Zéni.
Films in the running are Angry Annie by Blandine Lenoir, The Five Devils by Léa Mysius, Other Peopl's Children by Rebecca Zlotowski, Paris Memories by Alice Winocour and finally Saint Omer by Alice Diop. The jury will meet on February 21. The prize will be awarded at the end of February, during an evening organized at the Max Linder Panorama in Paris. Last year, Audrey Diwan was rewarded for L'Evénement.
