beIN Sports France attracted up to 4.2 million viewers per day during the FIFA World Cup, according to figures from Médiamétrie quoted on Tuesday, December 13 by the Qatari group, the exclusive paying broadcaster for the entire competition. 3.1 million people on average per day watched the matches on beIN Sports France, and 18.8 million in total (coverage of beIN Sports 1, JDV audience, threshold 10 consecutive seconds, since the start of the competition on November 20 and until December 10).

beIN Sports also welcomed the audiences on the matches, "exceptional results for a paid thematic channel, equivalent to scores of prime time TNT," citing, among others, the example of the quarter-final Brazil/Croatia, broadcast exclusively on December 9, which attracted up to 2 million viewers (1.3 million on average), a record audience for a quarter-final on beIN. In addition, the England/France quarter-final of December 10, co-broadcast with TF1 (which holds exclusive unencrypted rights, i.e. 28 matches including those of the French team and achieved a record audience for this quarter, Satellifacts, December 11), attracted up to 1.1 million viewers.

Finally, beIN Sports France was delighted with a record on social networks with more than 359 million videos viewed on all of its platforms, including the site and the application.
