Canal+: acquiring of the sports documentary “The Real Mo Farah” (BBC)

Canal+ has acquired the documentary The Real Mo Farah (59') on Mohamed Farah, the British athlete of Somali origin, announced Red Bull Studios (RBS), which is the distributor, on Friday 17 February. Specialist in long-distance and middle-distance races, this champion has four Olympic titles.

The documentary produced by Atomized Studios in association with RBS for the BBC traces the life of the Olympic champion and more particularly his tumultuous childhood which he has always hidden. Broadcast last year on BBC One, it attracted 4.3 million viewers on D+7.

The Real Mo Farah has also been acquired by CBC in Canada, SBS in Australia, Movistar+ in Spain, NRK in Norway, Servus TV in Austria and MContent in the Middle East.
