Cannes Film Festival: the winners of the 2nd edition of the #TikTokShortFilm competition

TikTok and the #TikTokShortFilm jury unveiled the winners of the 2nd edition of this ultra-short video competition (between 30 seconds and 3 minutes) on Tuesday May 23 during a ceremony at the Cannes Film Festival. Last year, the competition videos generated more than 5 billion views, said Rich Waterworth, CEO Europe of TikTok.

The grand prize was awarded to Subordonnée à louer by Japanese director Shinichiro Ueda, Best Director to Frenchman Esteban Vial for La Pote psy, while Best Script went to the Portuguese film (Nous) dans la tête by Madalena Aragao, written by Lucas Millions Dutra.
