The winners of the Cinema for Change festival (formerly Le Temps Presse) were unveiled on Sunday April 16. The jury, chaired by director Abderrahmane Sissako, presented its grand prize to the Low-Tech documentary by Adrien Bellay (France), and awarded a favorite prize to The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry by Hettie MacDonald (United-Kingdom).
As for short films, the children's prize went to A même le sol by Lucie Dupeyrat, Nathan Ygouf, Marine Sauvageot, Chirag Paul, Claire Savoye and Jade Astoux, the middle and high school students to Dolapo is Fine by Ethosheia Hylton, and the students to Dans la Rivière of Weijia Ma.
