Effervescence (Simone Harari Baulieu) and FullDawa Films (Boris Mendza, Gaël Cabouat, David Atrakchi) are launching a structure that will be dedicated to the development of series, the producer announced in Le Film français on Friday March 31. This 50/50 joint venture, whose name is not yet known, must respond to the need to "emphasize development [...] in the face of the growing difficulties of fiction, and at a time when the market is opening still", according to Simone Harari Baulieu.
