
The rights to UEFA 2023 Euro Espoirs (U21) have just been awarded to beIN Sports, for the exclusive pay broadcast of all of the competition's games, and to W9 for exclusive live broadcast and in clear, of the France team games, successively announced the two broadcasters on Tuesday, May 23. According to the tournament calendar, organized from June 21 to July 8 in Georgia and Romania, the Blues will meet Italy on June 22, Norway on June 25 and Switzerland on June 28. The quarter-finals will take place on Saturday July 1 and Sunday July 2, the semi-finals on the 5th and the final on the 8th.
On beIN Sports, all the matches of the European Under-21 Championship will be commented by journalists and consultants from the channel's editorial staff. In addition, the channel will offer pre- and post-match shows during each of the French team's games and during the final.
The M6 group channel will broadcast the three group games of the French as well as the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final if the French team qualifies. The games will be commented by Xavier Domergue and Jean-Marc Ferreri.
W9 said it also acquired the free-to-air rights to the France team's matches for Euro U21 in 2025.
