Festival du Film de demain : Mathilde Seigner president of the jury for the 2nd edition

The actress Mathilde Seigner will chair the jury of the 2nd edition of the Festival du Film de Demain (Tomorrow Film Festival), which will take place in Vierzon from June 1 to 4, the organizers said on Thursday April 27. She succeeds Corinne Masiero, and will be surrounded by actress, screenwriter, director and performer Rachida Brakni, comedian Kev Adams, actress Cécile Bois, comedian Antoine Gouy and actor, screenwriter and playwright Alexis Michalik.
The program will be announced on May 5. Note that this year the interpretation prize is changing to become non-gendered, while a prize for the best original music has been created. The FFD Challenge, a competition for short films in 48 hours for 18-30 year olds, will be renewed for this edition, on the theme of eco-anxiety. A young jury will be formed for the occasion. New this year, the organizers of the festival undertake to make a donation to an association of their choice, "in a desire to extend the impact of the festival".
Mathilde Seigner will be present in Vierzon on May 31, on the eve of the festival, for a free outdoor screening of Christian Carion's film Une hirondelle a fait le printemps.
