The Vortex event miniseries (6 x 52'), produced by Quad Drama (Iris Bucher), in co-production with AT-Production and RTBF, will be broadcast from Monday, January 2, announced France 2 on Twitter. The fiction series with Tomer Sisley will be put online from December 26 on france.tv. Slimane-Baptiste Berhoun is directing this fantastic thriller co-written by Camille Couasse and Sarah Farkas, based on a concept by author and screenwriter Franck Thilliez. The cast is made up of Camille Claris, Anaïs Parello, Zineb Triki and Maxime Gueguen.
The action takes place in 2025. Ludovic, captain of the judicial police in Brest, lost the love of his life, Mélanie, twenty-seven years ago, in what seemed at first sight to be a tragic and banal accident. While investigating a crime scene reconstructed in virtual reality, an unexpected time lapse will disrupt the course of his life: thanks to a system error, he can communicate with Mélanie, a few days before her death, in 1998.
