France 2/Macondo: the "Piste noire" series will launch on Monday, January 23

Piste noire (6 x 52), a series produced by Macondo (Charline de Lépine, Tetra Media Studio/ITV) will launch on Monday, January 23 at 9:10 p.m., France 2 taking viewers behind the scenes of a ski resort "by crystallizing all the issues that come up against it," announced the channel on Tuesday, January 3, in a press release. The investigation after the murder of a seasonal worker burned in the makeshift caravan that serves as his home highlights the opposition between those who want to invest and those fearing the environmental consequences, between rich and poor. The series will also be available in full on france.tv the same day from 6 a.m.

Alongside Constance Labbé, who plays the gendarme of Lyon, born in the station, in charge of the investigation, the series features Thibault de Montalembert, in the role of the major who supports him, as well as Hélène Seuzaret, Pierre -Yves Bon, Déborah Krey and Christiane Millet. Also described as a "sentimental thriller", Piste noire is directed by Frédéric Grivois from a screenplay written by Jennifer Have, Anne Peyregne, Robin Barataud, Pierre Delorme, Monica Rattazzi and Sylvain Saada.
