Instinct animal, a program that aims to be "closer to animals" to address issues of nature preservation and the protection of our environment, will be launched on Tuesday, December 27 at 9:10 p.m. on France 2. Produced by Martange Production (Nathalie Cottet, Caroline Kovarik), it is led by scientist and naturalist Perrine Crosmary and Diego Buñuel, former director of programs for France Télévisions who has become responsible for the development of fiction and documentaries for france.tv studio (Satellifacts, April 12). He will thus also animate the new program Thalassa, which will migrate on France 5 in the slot of the first part of Monday evening, refocused on ecology and the environment from January (Satellifacts, November 8).

The first broadcast of Instinct animal was filmed "in total immersion" in Tanzania, more precisely "in the heart of the Serengeti, […] one of the last wild Edens on the planet," according to the press release. The two presenters accompany actress Julie de Bona in this experience of "reconnecting with nature" on the trail of endangered species.

The program also aims to discover a personality in a different way, itself "transformed [by] this immersion" in "a raw and untamed environment." The show also claims to allow viewers to "reconnect with [their] animal instinct."
