France 2 / Mon Voisin Productions: filming of “Le Prochain Voyage” with Line Renaud and Jean Sorel

Mon Voisin Productions (Mediawan) launched, on Tuesday May 23, the filming of a TV movie for France 2, Le Prochain Voyage (90'), co-written by Laurent Baffie and Thierry Binisti, the channel announced the same day. It tells the story of a couple in their eighties, played by Line Renaud and Jean Sorel, who go to the hotel where they spent their first night, sixty-five years before. Little by little, the real reason for this pilgrimage is revealed: in the face of illness, they decided to die together, with dignity.

Le Prochain Voyage is directed by Thierry Binisti. Its cast also includes, among others, Lola Aubrière, Benjamin Baffie and Serge Hazanavicius. Filming, which is taking place in Paris, will end on June 20.
