France 3 / Bien ou Bien Productions: filming of "La Malédiction du lys" in Gironde

Bien ou Bien Productions (Zangro) launched, Thursday, November 24, the filming of La Malédiction du lys, a thriller (90 ') which will plunge into the past of the slave trade in Bordeaux, announced France 3, its sponsor, the same day. Two police officers, a Bordelaise played by Erika Sainte and a Parisian played by David Baïot, will investigate the murder of a real estate developer and candidate for mayor of Bordeaux, killed according to a ritual reserved, two centuries earlier, for fugitive black slaves.

Created from an original idea by Zangro, who collaborated on the script written by Céline and Martin Guyot, the unit is directed by Philippe Niang. Its cast also includes Christophe Favre, Jeanne Bournaud, Frédéric Andrau, Vincent Lecœur and Florent Cheippe. Filming, which is taking place in Gironde, will end on December 22.
