A new opus in France 3's "Meurtres à…" collection, Meurtres dans les gorges du Verdon began a month-long filming on Tuesday November 15 the channel announced the same day. Produced by DEMD Productions (Sébastien Pavard and Lou Gauthier, Mediawan), this film brings together a major (Bruno Wolkowitch), a captain (Gary Mihaileanu) and a psychocriminologist from the gendarmerie (Barbara Probst) around a first murder, followed by an anonymous letter and a second assassination. The investigation brings up an old case.
Meurtres dans les gorges du Verdon, whose cast also includes Michel Jonasz, Jonathan Cardonnel, Cécilia Hornus and Florence Hautier, is directed by Stephan Kopecky. He also co-wrote the screenplay with Karine Giébel as well as the adaptation and the dialogues with Manon Dillys. Filming, which will take place in the Gorges du Verdon, Marseille, and the Aubagne region, will end on December 12.
