France 3: "Les Pennac(s)" season 1 being filmed with Julie-Anne Roth and Christian Rauth

After the success of the 90' which attracted more than 4.6 million viewers last January under the title Les Pennac: Un air de famille (france.tv studio, Salsa Productions, Epeios), France 3 decided to make it a 6 x 52' series, Les Pennac(s), with Julie-Anne Roth and Christian Rauth, she announced on Friday November 4.

The first filming session for this detective series produced by france.tv studio was launched on November 2 in Occitanie and the Montpellier region for three episodes directed by Nicolas Picard-Dreyfuss. Writing: Pierre Monjanel, former collection director of the soap opera Plus belle la vie (France 3), with Virginie Parietti for the 2nd episode and Marie-Alice Gadea for the 3rd. The pitch: Annabelle has just taken over the management of a research unit in the worst place on earth: her father's town. Is Hannibal a stranger to this assignment? A “cold case” forces them to investigate together…

Alongside Christian Rauth and Julie-Anne Roth, truly father and daughter, Alexia Chicot and Valentin Pinette play Annabelle's children. Also in the cast are Marie-Sohna Condé, Fejria Deliba, Matthieu Penchinat and Emanuele Giorgi. Filming runs until December 21.
