France 3 and France Bleu are launching a new joint morning show in Normandy on Wednesday, February 1, Radio France announced on Friday, January 27. This morning broadcast from Caen will concern Calvados and Orne and covers the 7am-9am time slot, Monday to Friday. It opens almost two years after the one operated from Rouen on the territory covering Seine-Maritime and Eure, formerly Haute-Normandie (Satellifacts, April 26, 2021).
With this 28th morning of France Bleu broadcast on France 3, Radio France is continuing to implement this rapprochement between local public audiovisual entities, initiated in January 2019. By the end of the season, three quarters of morning shows of France Bleu will be available on France 3, and all 44 in the summer of 2024, specified the Maison Ronde.
