FTV: the "Devenir" collection launched on France 5 and available in full on france.tv

The first miniseries of the "Devenir" collection, announced by France Télévisions two years ago during the Sunny Side of the Docs (Satellifacts of June 23, 2020), will be broadcast on France 5 on Monday November 7 in prime time, indicated the channel, Friday, October 28. That evening, it will offer 4 episodes of 26' around the theme of Devenir pompier de Paris, which follows six young people integrating the training center for firefighters in Paris. The rest of the collection will be broadcast soon, but not afterwards, the prime time of Monday November 14 being devoted to an issue of Sur le front.

The "Becoming" collection includes six documentary miniseries (4 x 26' each), presented in the form of documentary serials, to share "the challenges, the joys, the doubts" of young people from all over France, during the first year learning in their future profession.

After the first miniseries on firefighters, produced by Antipode, the others are devoted to Devenir styliste (CAPA Presse) at the French Fashion Institute, Devenir ostréiculteur(Ego Productions) at the Maison Familiale et Rurale (MFR) in Challans, Devenir marin-pêcheur (Les Nouveaux Jours) at the school of sea trades in Sables-d'Olonne, Devenir gardien de la paix (Morgane Production) at the police academy in Montbéliard, and Devenir bâtisseur (Grand Angle Productions) at the Enstib to think about the world of construction differently.

The entire collection will be online from Monday November 7 on france.tv. The Lumni platform will also offer excerpts.
