Gotham Awards: "L’Evénement" by Audrey Diwan, best international film

Audrey Diwan's L’Evénement won the prize for best international film at the 32nd Gotham Awards, which reward independent American production this past Monday, November 28 in New York.

The Best Picture award went to Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan's Everything Everywhere All at Once, which also won Best Supporting Actor for Ke Huy Quan.

Best Direction went to Charlotte Wells for Aftersun and Best Screenplay went to Todd Field for Tár. The prize for best documentary was also awarded to All That Breathes by Shaunak Sen.
