The Italian production company Lux Vide (Blanca, Les Médicis, Doc, Leonardo …) inaugurated its brand new 5th studio in Rome on Monday June 12, intended to strengthen its original production capacity, announced the Fremantle group (RTL Group) which has owned it since March 2022 (Satellifacts, March 3, 2022).
More than 6 million euros have been invested in the construction of the new studio and the hub post-production center, the statement said. This new studio has a surface area of 1,150 square meters plus the 3,700 square meters of the four existing studios, making it one of the largest production spaces in Europe (nearly 5,000 square meters). employing 250 people per day on average and more than 50,000 professionals in the sector each year.
The inauguration of "Studio 5" was held in the presence of the Italian Minister of Culture, Lucia Borgonzoni, Andrea Scrosati, Fremantle's Director of Operations for Continental Europe and President of Lux Vide, and Luca Bernabei, CEO of Lux Vide.
