M6 / Atlantique Prod: filming of the “Serial Hunter” series with Eric Cantona and Tiphaine Daviot

Atlantique Productions (Nathalie Perus and Elisabeth Yturbe, artistic producer – Mediawan) launched on Wednesday June 7 the shooting in Belgium of the series Serial Hunter (working title, 4 x 52') with Eric Cantona and Tiphaine Daviot (Hippocrates, HP, Les Randonneuses) in the main roles, announced M6, the sponsoring channel, the next day. Created by Nathalie Hug and Jérôme Camut, this series whose screenplay and dialogues are by Ami Cohen and Hélène Lombard is directed by Renaud Bertrand.
Amélia Delcourt, 32, is an intrepid police officer freshly integrated into the Crim'. Too eager to prove herself, she makes a terrible mistake during an operation, ruining months of work to try to flush out Shakespeare, a serial killer who sows terror in the north of France. Desperate, she tries everything to regain the confidence of her unit from which she was disembarked. Also, when the disappearance of a teenager is classified as a runaway, she decides again to follow her instincts and investigate secretly. This time, for good reason. But she is not alone on the track. At every turn of her investigation, she crosses paths with Daniel Hansen, 55, a former media expert on serial killers, who has committed an irreparable act and is now paying the price of rejection...
The cast also brings together Catherine Hosmalin, Vinnie Dargaud, Arielle Dombasle, Charlie Dupont and Laurent Capelluto. Filming will continue in Belgium until July 28.
