Magelis / Cnam-Enjmin: call for projects for the XR-Creative residency in Angoulême

Magelis and Cnam-Enjmin, Cnam's National School of Games and Interactive Digital Media, have opened the call for projects for the XR-Creative residency which will host four authors in Angoulême from July 3 to 21, its organizers said in a statement. press release, Friday, March 31. The residency is open to all authors of XR projects in French and the deadline for applications has been set for April 30.

The selected authors will be welcomed for 3 weeks to finalize their scripts and refine their creative intentions. They will benefit from the advice of specialists in immersive and interactive storytelling, and from the assistance of Cnam-Enjmin students in "game design", sound design, visual design... They will be hosted by Magelis in Angoulême and will be able to access the infrastructures its disposal graciously by the Cnam-Enjmin. The residency comes with a grant of 4,000 euros granted by the department of Charente.

The selection of applications will be made in May and communicated to the winners at the end of May. In October, the four authors will be invited to participate in the Courant 3D festival in Angoulême (October 10-15), where they will be able to present their pitch to producers.
