mediaClub'Elles: launch of the 2nd edition of the flow directors mentoring program

The mediaClub'Elles is launching the 2nd edition of the mentoring program for female broadcast program directors, with its partners Mediawan Prod and France Télévisions and is opening its call for talent, the association announced on Thursday 3 November.

"If you have already been a director of streaming programs (or have experience on film sets of multicam broadcasts, in particular as an assistant director or script writer) and if this challenge interests you, send us, before 21 November, by return e-mail your CV mentioning in particular your full contact details […], a cover letter specifying your motivations for joining this mentoring program and any obstacles you have encountered in your career, possibly the links of your audiovisual achievements (if available)," details the press release.

As part of this project, the selected candidates will be able to observe, participate in the production of streaming programs produced within Mediawan Prod (Ça commence today produced by Reservoir Prod, C dans l'air produced by Maximal Productions and C à vous produced by Third Eye Productions, or new formats to come), and join the pool of directors/directors of Mediawan Prod streaming programs. The mentoring system provides for meetings with major players in the sector to discuss their experiences, findings, actions and projects.

Please note that this program is only offered to mediaClub'Elles members. The 2023 membership is not required to apply but it will be for the selected directors.
