mk2 films: launch at the European Film Market of the sales of Xavier Legrand's next film

mk2 films will kick off international sales of Xavier Legrand's second feature (Custody) during the Berlinale's European Film Market (February 16-22), the company announced on Friday (February 3rd). Entitled Le Successeur, the film will tell the story of the artistic director of a Parisian fashion house, played by Marc-André Grondin, confronted with the death of his father, and who begins to experience chest pains. As he returns to Montreal to arrange the funeral, he realizes he may have inherited much more than his father's fragile heart.

Le Successeur is produced by KG Productions with Metafilms and Stenola Productions. It will be distributed in French cinemas by Haut et Court.
