
Starting June 26, Nickelodeon Junior will air, Monday through Friday at 6:45 p.m., Bossy Bear, its new preschool animated series created by illustrator American David Horvath and his wife, Sun-Min Kim, announced the chain of the Paramount group, Thursday, June 1.
Produced by Nickelodeon Animation in partnership with Imagine Kids+Family, the series follows the adventures of Bossy, a little blue bear with a wild imagination, and his best friend Turtle, a much more thoughtful and very empathetic turtle. Together, the two friends form a perfect team to navigate through the stages of childhood, in the small town of Plaisante-Bourg.
Illustrator David Horvath is also the creator of the children's comic Bossy Bear from which the series is based and which is inspired by a mixture of Korean and American pop culture.
This series is Nickelodeon Animation's third project with Imagine Kids+Family after the live-action series Les Astronautes launched in 2021 on the Nickelodeon channel and the recent series for the little ones Mini Chef , Currently airs Monday through Friday at 7 p.m. on Nickelodeon Junior.
International rights for Bossy Bear licensed products are handled by Paramount Consumer Products in partnership with Imagine Kids+Family.
