The cinema Le Grand Rex canceled, Thursday, October 27, the launch party of the investigative media Omerta (October 11 Satellifacts) which was to be held there on November 16. In a video posted on Twitter, Régis Le Sommier, former deputy director of Paris Match, ex- RT France and CNews, behind the launch of Omerta, calls into question the newspaper Liberation which, in an article of October 13,, presented the project as a "new pro-Russian media".
Régis Le Sommier affirms that this decision leads to the " censorship of a documentary on Armenia " directed by Aïcha Hmissi which was to be presented during this launch party. In his video, he nevertheless announces that a launch party will finally be held at the Théâtre du Gymnase on November 16 and that 5,000 people have already taken part in Omerta 's pre-subscription campaign.
