For the fourth consecutive year, the PFDM association (For women in the media) is launching a new call for applications for the 2023/2024 mentoring season. "This program has already enabled more than fifty women to benefit for a year from individual support by a recognized media professional in order to strengthen their confidence, gain perspective, share experiences and open up horizons", says worth the association.
The program is aimed at women who have at least five years of experience and who wish to be inspired and supported in their professional development. “Concretely the mentor and the mentee have an appointment once a month for a year, these appointments taking place in complete confidentiality and benevolence”, details the press release. At the same time, and throughout the year, afterworks bring together mentees, mentors and PFDM members for inspiring talks/discussions.
The 2023/2024 team of mentors, all members of PFDM, is being put together. The mentee recruitment campaign is open until midnight June 24th. To apply, simply complete the online questionnaire on the pfdmedia.fr website.
