Ryoan / Saddle Pad Prod. / France 2: filming of season 2 of “Marianne” with Marilou Berry

Ryoan (Thomas Viguier) and Chabraque Productions (Clémentine Dabadie) began shooting season 2 of Marianne (6 x 52') on Tuesday April 4, France 2 announced the same day. Marilou Berry finds her character of Marianne Vauban, magistrate, who arrives in Marseille for the second season of this judicial series.

This 2nd salvo is written by Céline and Martin Guyot, Alexandre Charlot and Franck Magnier. Episodes 1 to 3 are directed by Laurence Katrian, the next two by Alexandre Charlot and Franck Magnier. The cast is made up of Marilou Berry (Marianne Vauban), Alexandre Steiger (Raphaël Pastor), Stéphane Pezerat (Yves), Laurent Olmedo (curator Franco), Alka Balbir (Selma), Drimi Gouttebel (Zacharie), with the presence of guests: Arnaud Binard, Jérôme Robart, Loup-Denis Elion, Alexandra Cismondi, Valérie Mairesse and Sophie Le Tellier.

The plot: always accompanied by Captain Pastor, Marianne must demonstrate all her experience, sagacity and humanity to investigate complex and tasty cases in ever more playful and unusual arenas. At the same time and by way of a red thread, Marianne continues her investigation to unmask the murderer of Zacharie's mother, the gifted young teenager whom she takes under her wing and under her roof.

Filming is taking place in Marseille and its surroundings until July 7.

As a reminder, season 1 of Marianne was broadcast from September 7 to 21 on France 2, bringing together 3.14 million viewers on average per evening.
