TF1 / Canal +: after reaching an agreement, the two groups let their subscribers know

The TF1 and Canal+ groups, which reached an agreement on Friday November 4 on the distribution of the five DTT channels of the TF1 group and their replay services (excluding the paid service MYTF1 Max) after more than two months of conflict (Satellifacts, November 4), they announced on Monday, November 7, the day of the resumption of the signal, to their viewers in two separate messages.

The message sent to its subscribers by Canal+ at the beginning of the afternoon repeats the joint press release of the two groups in a few words, adding that they could "already watch [their] channels live" and that " the replay, meanwhile, will gradually return."

That of the TF1 group, sent to MYTF1 subscribers by email, via the "MYTF1 News" feed and on "TF1 & you" is much longer and covers more extensively the offer to be found. On TF1 & Vous, it begins with the words "Happy to see you again!" and specifies from the outset that "as of today, our channels and MYTF1 are back within the Canal+ offers, whatever your mode of reception." He then details in several paragraphs everything that awaits viewers: the "major events to come" (Football World Cup, Le Late avec Alain Chabat, Star Academy, Les Inconnus, etc.), "information meetings," "entertainment, reality TV," "not to mention films, fiction and series!" before ending with “Thank you for your loyalty!”
