TF1 will broadcast the unit Le Colosse aux pieds d'argile on Thursday May 4 at 9:10 p.m., the channel announced on Tuesday April 11. Directed by Stéphanie Murat, with a screenplay by Aude Marcle, this fiction produced by Make It Happen Studio and Shoot Again Productions, is freely inspired by real events and adapted from the book of the same title by Sébastien Boueilh and Thierry Vildary.
Eric Cantona is the main performer of this unitary. He plays Sébastien, a former rugby player and "true colossus" caught up in the four years of his adolescence during which he was raped by a close relative of his parents, loved by all. Thirty years later, Sébastien has still not managed to speak and his demons are destroying him. Between the desire for revenge and the desire that no one has to go through what they have gone through. It is therefore the meeting of a kid, a damaged little colossus like him, and the return to his life of the one he did not know how to love as a teenager, which will force him to make the right choice. That of justice… but justice at what price?
Aure Atika, Alix Poisson, Françoise Fabian, Eric Caravaca, Claire Nadeau, Lyes Salem, André Marcon and Olivier Chantreau complete the cast. Le Colosse aux pieds d'argile received the Grand Prize for Unitary Fiction at the Luchon Festival 2023 and Olivier Chantreau, the Prize for Male Interpretation.
