Très Court International Film Festival: launch of the call for films for the 2023 edition

The Très Court International Film Festival launched, on Thursday October 27, the call for films for its 25th edition, which will take place from June 2 to 11, 2023. The call is open until February 19 to all films under 4 minutes. Registration is free and can be done online or by mail.
140 films will be selected to be screened during the festival and will compete in three competitions : international (40 films), women's words (in front of and behind the camera) and thematic selections (family, French, documentary and Rions – before the end of the world). Several rewards can be won, including the Grand Prix endowed with 1,500 euros. Among the selected films, around fifty will also be chosen to participate in "L'Instant Très Court", a national broadcast for a week in the cinema, in pre-screening in more than 100 partner cinemas in France. The selection will be announced in mid-April on the festival website.
For more than twenty years, the Très Court International Film Festival has been taking place at the beginning of June, simultaneously in ten cities in France and nearly 50 cities in the rest of the world. Each year, the international competition jury is chaired by a film personality.
