The 2nd season of Damoiselle, "tutorials that strip bare history," will be accessible free of charge on the TV5Mondeplus platform from Wednesday, January 18, TV5 Monde announced on Wednesday, January 4.
Written and directed by Queenie Tassell and Ambre Larrazet, and embodied by the latter, this humorous and historical 16 x 5' web creation produced by taleseed and Et Bim features female characters throughout history.

In each episode, Ambre Larrazet puts herself in the shoes of a woman of the time (Ermance, Isabeau, Ernestine, Georgette…). Each "Lady" then gives an overview of the female condition over the centuries, decrypts TV5 Monde. Tutorials and tips are offered, including "how to take a bath in the Middle Ages, what to put in your luggage to escape the religious wars in 1577, how a shopping session takes place in the new department stores at the end of the 19th century…"

For this new season, the characters carry out a new exercise: frequently asked questions (FAQ). This is a sequence during which they answer questions from video subscribers.
The history consultant Julien Magalhães is also present for his sequence L'Eclairage de Julien where he deciphers "fact from fiction."

Ambre Larrazet is accompanied by new characters, played by "humorous yet sensitive to the feminine cause" actors such as Alex Ramirès, Jérémie Dethelot, Laurence Oltuski. Also present will be Ambroise Carminati, Arthur Mazet and Queenie Tassell.

The first season of the webseries enabled TV5 Monde to win the prize for the best French series, awarded by the SACD at the Marseille Web Fest, on October 21 (Satellifacts, October 24).
