Some might fear that a union born on the Titanic will be a shipwreck… Others might be delighted by the news. From next summer, it will be possible to make a marriage proposal on the wreck of the famous boat, which sank in the North Atlantic in April 1912. The Parisian agency ApoteoSurprise, specializing in the design of extravagant marriage proposals, now offers this service for… one million euros.
The happy couple, fans of Titanic no doubt, will carry out an expedition of 6 hours in total aboard a submersible designed for the exploration of great depths. Accompanied by an expedition leader and two scientists, the lovers will explore the wreck of the RMS Titanic at 3,800 meters deep. Arriving at the bow of the boat and its balustrade, made famous by Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet in the cult film released in 1997, they will hear Celine Dion's song My Heart Will Go On.
The suitor will then propose (and it is hoped that the future bride will receive a pebble at least as big as the Heart of the Ocean diamond). All that will remain for the future spouses is to hire James Cameron to film the ceremony.
