White and Yellow Films / Studiocanal: shooting end of 2023 of “Le Routard”, based on the guide

White and Yellow Films and Studiocanal will shoot the film Le Routard at the end of 2023, announced Philippe Gloaguen, founder of the famous guide which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, in Le Monde on April 2. This adventure feature film will be directed by Philippe Mechelen and Julien Hervé (screenwriters of Tuche and Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom). Le Routard follows a young man sent to Morocco to write the Guide du Routard. “Then he has a whole bunch of adventures, Tintin-style,” explains Philippe Gloaguen, who will play his own role in the film.
