Biarritz Film Festival – New Waves: Iranian Saeed Roustaee president of the jury

The jury of the first edition of the Biarritz International Film Festival – New Waves (June 28 to July 2) will be chaired by Iranian director Saeed Roustaee (Leila and her brothers, Law of Tehran), the organizers announced on Monday 5 June. This new event "highlights and listens to youth ", with films on stories of youth (characters between 12 and 35 years old), judged by a jury of artists under 35 and an international jury of students major film schools. The composition of the jury and the films in competition will be announced “very soon”.
